Gain psychological, verbal and physical skills to feel capable and confident to defend yourself, in real life. Join New Zealand’s foremost Women’s self defence instructor, Sue Lytollis QSM, assisted by iRl’s Sam, to learn evidence-based self defence instruction to help you navigate the situations you really face.
This eight hour course is open to all people who identify as women, regardless of experience, fitness or current level ability. Everyone can be empowered by these simple techniques.
